How to make delicious Chicken Seekh Kabab at home(Quick Recipe)


Chicken Seekh kabab can be prepared at home easily. It involve some proper steps. Frying pan or a grill pan is effective in this purpose. Use a moderate heat in this process. Thickness of kabab reflects the cooking time of them. Here is the complete recipe of chicken seekh kabab:


  • Ginger and Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 2-3 Green chili
  • 500gm Chicken boneless
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Salt (1 tsp or to taste)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp dry coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp desi ghee
  • Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 3-4 tsp oil


Make a paste of ginger and garlic cloves, onion, green chili and chopped it well. Squeeze out excess water. Add this mixture to 500mg boneless chicken. Add the remaining ingredients i-e fresh coriander chopped, salt, red chili powder, dry coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili flakes, garam masala and desi ghee. Chop them until well combined. Add mozzarella cheese grated to the mixture and mix it well. Now a piece of heat charcoal on fire is set and place them in a small bowl. Cover and smoke it for 2-3 minutes and then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Take oil(3-4 tsp) in frying pan. Now grease your hand with oil. Make 10-12 kabab and fry them from all sides for 2-3 minutes.
